Bristol Hybrid

Circa. £42,000

The Role

Here at Digital Tonic we are excited to be working with a rapidly growing automotive company in Bristol who are looking to hire a Paid Media Manager for their expanding team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the paid media strategy and its implementation to assist in reaching business and sales objectives. This is a brand new position which has been created due to paid media being the biggest digital channel for this company, and a significant rise in media spend.

You will undertake the planning, writing and launch of paid media campaigns across Google Search primarily, in addition to paid social. This will also include the management of allocated budgets for paid media campaigns and ensuring the delivery of maximum ROAS. Conducting A/B testing and analysing campaign performance will be a key part of this role, alongside continual optimisation and iteration in order to improve sales performance and conversion rates.

An analytical and data driven approach is key within this role in order to be able to identify commercial opportunities and to derive insight from data to enable appropriate management of a large ad spend. As well as the key PPC responsibilities, there will be exposure to other elements of the digital marketing mix, for example  you will work closely with the creative team to plan and discuss content/copy for all paid media channels.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in paid media in either a client-side or agency role.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Microsoft ads and ideally some paid social, although not necessary.
  • An understanding of data and analytics, as well as how to effectively report on findings in order to make changes.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and manage fluctuating workloads.
  • A relevant professional qualification is preferable, but not required.

Benefits

This role offers a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days per week working from home. Holiday allowance is 22 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off! There is on-site parking alongside a multitude of other staff benefits and company events.
