The Role
We are delighted to be working with a brilliant paid media agency based in Bristol who are looking to hire a Paid Media Executive to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with a large range of clients in the portfolio such as charities, eCommerce and startups.
You will be joining as a Paid Media Executive, but the sky’s the limit as the company continues to grow and expand. Day to day you will be responsible for account management and speaking with clients as well as strategising and executing paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms such as social and search. With over 20 years of collective experience in the company, you will have the opportunity to continuously learn and develop with the role.
Being a highly motivated and proactive individual is essential for this position. Your contribution to the business will play a part in helping the company grow and reach its targets. This is a hybrid position, with the chance to work from home up to 3 days per week, while the other days can be spent in the centrally located Bristol offices with great views of the city from a rooftop terrace!
Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a paid media role
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- An understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag manager
- Preferred (but not required) experience working within an agency
- A highly motivated and proactive approach to working

There is a generous salary with 25 days’ holiday offered, (plus an extra day off for your birthday!) Flexible working hours are available with core working hours being 10am-3pm. This role offers a hybrid working pattern of up to 3 days a week working from home. Whilst working in the office, you can enjoy great views of Bristol, free hot drinks and gym access.
