The Role

Digital Tonic are thrilled to be working with an exciting, successful and fast growing B2B business in central Bath as they look to hire a Campaign Marketing Executive to join the team.  This is an incredible opportunity to take on more responsibility with your campaigns, from conception, execution and reporting.  You will have budget management for your department, and will have a good blend of hands on work as well as project managing other resources.  This would be a great step into a Campaign Manager or Marketing Manager role if you have those ambitions.

This multimillion pounds business has plans to grow to £100m within the next few years which will create internal progression opportunities.  You will manage campaigns that utilise email, social media, content creation, events, tradeshows and webinars, as well as Hubspot for marketing automation and creating landing pages.

You will need to have previous campaign management experience for this role, and will need to show commerciality, understanding that campaigns need to bring results.  You will gain invaluable experience working with Hubspot and very closely with Microsoft, and will have the tools and environment to be successful.

Skills and experience

• Campaign management experience is an absolute must for this role
• Previous experience within a B2B environment
• Good experience with email campaigns and social media content
• Good copywriting skills for fairly short form copy and some blog writing
• Commercial mindset with strong analytics and reporting skills
• Ability to conceptualise campaigns and bring new ideas
• Strong communicator and willing to voice an opinion
