The Role

Your main responsibilities within the role will be to deliver the full program of in person and online events across a number of different markets and teams. This will predominantly mean managing and delivering seminar programmes, which includes invitations, registration, social media and feedback. You will occasionally travel within England & Wales to manage the on-site management and delivery of the events programme, and you will also manage the website to keep it up to date with all of the upcoming events.

This role has lots of variety and the opportunity for progression. You will be involved in managing the budget for all the events, as well as working alongside the marketing team to go through the literature for the events and conferences that are coming up, and you will bring fresh ideas on new ways of working with webinars and live Q&A sessions.

This role does include hybrid and flexible working, with offices in Bristol and a few other locations. There is also a great company culture with lots of support and guidance.

Skills and Experience

• Event management experience, preferably within a professional services environment
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine team player
• Able to form relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
