The Role

We are delighted to be working with an up and coming media agency in the heart of Bristol, as they look to take on a Digital Media Manager. This agency was founded in 2020 by some of the most respected media marketers in the industry, and having grown from strength to strength since their inception, they are recruiting someone to come in and take on ownership of the digital media campaigns which are predominantly paid media (PPC, paid social, and shopping). 

Reporting to the Director of Digital, you’ll be co-designing the paid media strategies for some of the biggest consumer brands as executing these across a wide variety of platforms from Google Ads, to Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and more. You will also be in a client-facing position and will be liaising with clients on a weekly basis to report findings and assist in their paid media strategy. Your work will feed into the wider media strategy as others in the team will be responsible for ATL marketing activities which together create a multi-channel media approach. 

This business is still in its infancy and so we definitely need someone who is happy to broaden their knowledge and experience to other media channels. The ideal individual for this role would be a paid media/PPC Specialist looking to move out of a niche role and take on other digital and media channels.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills to be able to build strong relationships with others, both internally and externally.
  • Experience across performance media, and familiarity with a variety of platforms such as Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and display ads.
  • Someone with a forward-thinking mindset, with a drive to help expand the team’s horizon and to solve problems to facilitate the company’s continued growth.

The salary being offered is up to £38k depending on experience, along with a very generous staff discount and other benefits.
